I Use this Rye in all my Breads

I have a sourdough go to bread that is 90% AP and 10%Dark Rye flour. The rye gives it extra flavor than just all AP flour. This rye is outstanding and I will be using it in my Rustic loaves this summer which have 10% rye and 10% whole wheat along with AP. Really fine product from this mill.
