Delicious, light breads

Great flour--stronger than AP but still keeps things light and airy. YUM. Very special products!!

I made the sourdough bread using your recipe. I give most of my breads to my son-in-law for his lunch sandwiches. He said the sourdough bread was the best he had ever had and that it made the best sandwiches. The slices held together and did not crumble as my other breads had that were made with someone elses flours. Your sourdough recipe is the easiest that I have tried. The loaves are consist each time.

Artisan blend

Made this for the first time as a stand-alone bread with no other additions. Amazing flavor. I make bread for my wife and I so we can eat something with 4 ingredients: flour, water, salt, and yeast. Not commercial bread with 25 ingredients. This will become a staple in my pantry.
